Who looks after you

Two vets, Carmen and Teresa, opened Bichos in 2014. With them is Noelia, a veterinary assistant.

    Yes. Dogs of every age: consultations, internal medicine, dermatology, surgery, X-ray and our own lab, oncology and grooming.

  • Do you see cats?

    Yes. Cats of every age, with the clinic’s low-stress approach: keeping them as calm as possible.

  • Do you see rabbits?

    Yes. Rabbits are exotics, and exotics are central to Bichos: consultations, advice on housing and diet, surgery, and boarding when you go away.

  • Do you see ferrets?

    Yes. Ferrets: exotics consultations, internal medicine, X-ray and boarding.

  • Do you see guinea pigs?

    Yes. Guinea pigs and other small mammals, such as hamsters, rats, hedgehogs and sugar gliders.

  • Do you see lovebirds?

    Yes. Lovebirds, budgies, parrots and other birds.

  • Do you see snakes?

    Yes. Snakes and other reptiles: consultations, plus advice on the vivarium, temperature and diet for each species.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    You can book by phone on +34 959 73 06 05 or on WhatsApp on +34 691 25 41 17. If it can’t wait, call before you come.

  • Are you open on Saturdays?

    On Saturdays the shop is open from 10.30am to 1pm. Veterinary consultations are Monday to Friday.

  • Can my exotic pet stay with you while I’m away?

    Yes. Bichos boards exotic pets, because it isn’t easy to leave them in good hands. Ask us about dates.

  • Do you sell pet food?

    Yes. The clinic has a food and accessories shop, and we can advise you on the right diet for your animal.

  • Do you offer health plans?

    Bichos Care is the clinic’s range of health plans for dogs, cats and exotics. Ask us about the current plans and prices.
